When are we likely to see a fix of the numerous weapons and armour pieces which can't be improved through smithing? It doesn't seem like it would be anything more complicated than an updated to some flags in the item database. I know I'm not the only player who wants to enchant my own set of worn shrouded gear and have it be not useless, or who wants to the skyforged steel dagger they got from Eorlund Greymane through to the endgame.

I do not know about the Armors, but if you are saying that you can not upgrade your Skyforge weapon then there might be some thing wrong with your game. I have upgraded my Warriors Skyforge Steel Great sword to Flawless so far. (Albeit that i did that at the Skyforge itself.)
