Hopefully on any expansions things could be a bit more player friendly.
1. An Apothocery Satchel (? sp) in each purchased house right next to each potion making station.
It really helps to keep things straight when the storage container is just a turn away from the table. It would be even nicer if there was a satchel for ingredients and a separate storage cabinet for finsihed potions.
2. Same for the enchantment table.
A storage chest just a turn away so that it would be convenient to keep track of all the items before and after enchantment.
3. A residence available in the country so that you could fast travel directly to and from it without having to go thru the double loading process of fast travelling to a city, running to the house, then entering the house and waiting for the time for the game to reload the house interior scenery. I would even be happy with a wealthy widow to marry who has a suitable farm having the basic necessities (smithing station, apothecary station, enchantment table) along with secure storage for stuff.
4. At least one dungeon that would respawn every few days of play time.
In the previous Elder Scrolls game there was the "Black Bow" quest that was never ending and allows a player to clear out the same dungeon over and over and raise a bit of cash and loot on a regular basis.
I have a few others but those are the main things that cause me annoyance while playing Skyrim
