Who did you choose to let join the ranks of the Blades and why?

every housecarl because i dont want them in my house lol but also because there plenty capable of fighting dragons

I'm actually at the point I haven't brought any others to the Blades. I don't know who the next one is going to be. Can't let my properties unguarded, can I? So I think I stick with hirelings or somesuch.
