I was really happy with the 2048 x 2048 resolution textures for characters and weapons when they came out for the PC, and was wondering if there has been any news as to whether the DLC will be HD when it comes out for PC or not?

(I'm sure I will like the HD landscape and environment textures that were already released too, but for now my rig can't handle them )

That's a good question. I imagine they do the textures at a higher resolution then downscale them (I think that has been pointed out before) for the consoles, so they'll certainly possess the textures at higher resolutions somewhere along the lines.

It'll be interesting to see what happens, I hope they do.

It still has to run on consoles...and they get it first, so no, I seriously doubt the DLC will be in HD. It may be possible sometime down the road, that Beth will so something similar for pc's that they did with the HRTP.

I'm on the PC but I can't use the HD DLC (old PC so it crashes) so I image that it would have to come out with a 'standard' version DLC and then add (or update) the HD DLC for better graphics (for those that can use them). I can't image them not giving the HD graphics for the DLC as an option.
