Skyrim update today? 51 : V

Im off today and just turned on xbox to find a 34mb skyrim update...does anyone know what this is for? It seems kind of big for a patch and im skeptical of downloading new patches without knowing what they change

Any info on this would be appreciated

Ok thanks for the disappointing info....i dont want to download this but if i dont then i dont think i'll be able to download the next patch/update
