Horse?

How do I get a horse in Daggerfall? I have looked all over the city and I cant find a person that sells a horse.

Go to a general merchant. Talk to the bookcase next to the shop keeper. Just buy one horse and if possible, buy one cart. Do not buy more then one of each.
