My characters story. IT IS EPIC!

Post » Fri May 04, 2012 12:38 pm

Well on my first character, I was doing the boethiah quest and was looking for a follower.
I stumbled upon Janessa (sp?) and picked her. Instead I played with her for a bit on a few quests. So when it came the time I couldn't bring myself to it, so I picked that mage guy. After playing with her more we became perfect warriors.

Then when we were searching for the dragon priest masks, we were in an exceptionally hard room with a draugr death overlord. It became clear to me that it was very hard but we got there in the end. When we were finished I went looking for her only to find her lifeless corpse surrounded with about 10 draugr bodies. I swore to all gods that I would kill all draugr and never marry as I realised that I loved her.

And to this day I still combat draugr with that insane fury for revenge. Infact A few times I went berserk and killed my followers.

Its things like that that make skyrim amazing and show how RPing is a major upside.

I can only hope that dawngaurd brings moments like that.

Nice
But I like to think that my companions know full well what they are getting into, and what the out come may be. I try and have a military point of view, you do not dwell on the ones that have fallen, you concentrate on the task at hand and move on. I think there is 40 something companions to be found on the world map, I have lost 15 companions since the creation of my Orc, including my wife, it's a harsh land and should be viewed as such. My respects to Janessa, she is the one and only that has managed to keep pace with my Orc and will be missed if and when she passes, but I will not dwell on it life is what life is, perhaps her number was drawn in your game and death was happy to answer. ( no offense but my Orc is an aspiring sole reaver, and is trying to become a full on Grim reaper. )

I think you may be suffering from Post Traumatic Draugur Disorder.

Good story, but not exceptionally excellent as you said in your title. Still though, with a bit more development and a few plot twists here and there, it could start getting interesting.

I just think it's great that you are are so "into it" and creating a story and having a feeling for the game. That's what makes this game so awesome. :tes:

Yes, yes it is. Gorgun(my orc) has seen so much death in his time in Skyrim that he has chosen to side with the winning side, death. Now he roams the map dealing death where it is needed and to whom who deserve it, Janessa is his disciple and is a really fast study  I just wish I could become a lich/ lich lord to further my endeavour in becoming Death himself.

You should try the other ones, they're really good, well I haven't tried Arena yet, but I can vouch for the others.
