RAM 4.0 GB

Video Card : ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series

resolution: 1920 x 1080

It was towards the top of the first page when you made this thread.

Also, your video card is on the medium-to-low end of that thread's hardware guide. You should be able to run it, but not particularly well.
