Hello there, I usually buy games outside my country (Spain) because it is cheaper to buy games in UK or US than in Spain, but I don't want to wait for the delivery and I'm planning to buy the game on release date.

I want the game with the original voices/subtitles. My question is, if I buy the spanish version and then I download the english language from Steam, I will have the voices+subtitles in english or just the subtitles?

You will have english voices and subtitles if you download the english version from steam or the english language pack if you have spanish retail.

Well I will buy the retail spanish version. Do I have to download from steam the language pack or it is included in the retail version?

The retail disc will mostl ikely contain the localized version only (due to size etc.). Just install from the disc and try it. If you still want to play the English version, open the game's properties in Steam and switch to the other language. Steam will then download everything required and the next time you launch the game you'll have the English version.
