when i watched videos of Skyrim i heard that you use dragons souls as a currency to use shouts BUT they say that when you use magic like "normal" its still shouts so do i need 10.000 dragon souls in my pocket to be able to play as a full time mage?

or is it just me who don′t get it. AND one more thing how the hell do i get more magic spells if i play it like oblivion.... i cheated all spells so don′t know how to get spells ^^ I LOVE PARALYZING spell.

Shouts have a cool down, spells use magicka..... so im confused what you mean?

Whoever told you that normal magic was shouts was either lying to you or grossly misinformed.

And souls are used sort of like currency to learn shouts. Not to cast.

The magic system has always confused me too, which is why I just always use weapons... except in oblivion I spammed that heal you start with.

The dragon souls are used to actually unlock shouts that you've learned the words for. You do not use up a dragon soul every time you use a shout.

And your second sentence does not make sense in English.

Dragon Shouts and magic are unrelated in terms of mechanics. You acquire new spells by finding/purchasing tomes or, I'm assuming, people teaching them to you.

Dragon shouts don't need any magicka to cast, they're separate from normal spells.

I think you can only get spells from spell tomes this time, there's no spell making anymore.

Normal spells don't use dragon souls and neither do shouts. The only thing dragon souls are good for is discovering a shout, but after you discover the shout by absorbing the soul you have to go find the words of the shout written on a wall somewhere, or something...
