Stop! You have committed a crime!

Post » Mon May 07, 2012 9:58 am

We have been told that if you kill all the witnesses to a crime you will not have a bounty. We have also been told that you can not hurt children. This begs the question, can children report crimes to guards? If so, is there no way to stop a child witness? Anyone have any clues? I feel almost any answer to these questions could lead to some strange circumstances...

I remember reading an interview where someone said they murdered the owner of a home and started staying there, but the child of the house never left and would just panic in the corner. Perhaps children are programmed not to inform the guards??

Courts today only allow children who have been proven capable to testify. Back then children were probably less believable so you will probably be fine if you leave the children alive.

I swear to the nine I will find a way to fix this "issue" on the PS3! They better not report crimes, or at least let me lock them in a cage or something.

Pickpocket the child and put the murder weapon in their inventory :P

I know you can't kill children but are you not allowed give them a little slap (or nudge of a battle axe....)?

Back when? It's not earth. It doesn't have an earth related time frame.
