I've noticed 4 levels of config files in my steam skyrim folder. Low, Med, High and Very High.. anyway to tell what this means yet?

low will make game look worse

very high game will look amazing but take a high end card

You can't view any file yet, you'll need to wait until release date and Steam will decrypt them when you launch the game.
