Wait, are you kidding? If someone says that there is swearing, and there isn't, logic dictates that either the person is suffering from hallucinations, which is very uncommon, or it was edited, which is very common. Occam's Razor, yes?

Or when a person goes back and looks at the title of the post and they only see the word "freaking" than they can assume the person complaining about swearing is actually just a tool, which is what I assumed.

Op id definatly check with beth about this one and if they say otherwise then take this matter up with authorities because thw owner is trying to nick your stuff and sell it to other people last time i checked stealing is stealing

They can take the dragon out of the box and sell the CE without it, not illegal

No they can't. Unless they adjust the price and change the labeling on the box, they can't just remove content.

Now, will the Mexican authorities, who have to deal with drug cartels shooting people in the streets, care? Probably not.

I definitely hope they charged you a lower price if this is true, otherwise you've been ripped off badly.

Adjust the price? No, they could sell the disc without any boxes for 120$ if they wanted to.
They CAN just remove content, because you will notice it.

If you pre-order it, you ask about it to prevent getting scammed. If they lie, THEN its illegal.
If you buy it, either check the (already opened) box. Either they used some duct tape to tape it back together or just have it open. Either way, your fault for buying it.
