at .55 seconds a woman in dark revealing robes ascends from the ground with ravens/crows. Could this possibly be Nocturnal?

Could be the Night Mistress, yes. Maybe old-fashioned Daggerfall-style Daedra-lord summoning is in?

theyre birds not bats... pause the vid when they fly out you will see that they have feathers sticking out from the tips of their wings.

compared to what? there is nothing really in the fore or back ground to judge size from.
