Illegal pirates; should be chemicaly castrated & all that jazz. But what about people who have purchased the game, albeit a few days early (i would be one of these people, but i wanted the CE edition from GAME, as independants dont have it in my town), would any images or videos still be "illegal" leaks? I understand dates & all that jazz but i am a firm believer that once the game is in the shop, its for sale (sorry, but thats how the rest of the world works...)

i think so, since the game hasnt officialy launched yet and anyone who has it, even if they bought it, has it illegaly since its not technically released yet

Not a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure they have it legally. The store that sold it probably broke a binding contract, but the owner of the game didn't break a law, and the seller dust break a law. So they have it legally. Just against the wishes of Bethesda.

Bethesda might try to enforce that screens and videos are removed, since they dont want to spoil if for those that havent gotten it yet. But it's not illigal per se since you bought it from a vendor that sold it to you, it is not your concern that that vendor might break their agreement with the distributor. As you say, it its for sale in a store, you can buy it.

I think it is primarily on the shoulders of the game stores, but leaked footage still might carry it's own penalty. So be careful what stuff you guys upload.

You can't post images or vids of your legally purchased game here on the forums until the official launch date. What you do off the forums is not our concern.
