Is the game as good as anticipated? does it live up to your expectations? is it worth the money? (no spoilers)

Yup.

That reply really sounds convincing...

Anyways it is very good, it has exceeded all my expectations to be honest.

Read these answers as a "no". If the game was truly as good as they are saying, they wouldn't be sitting here posting about it.

Maybe they just got locked up in a jail (only after having been free earlier to play Skyrim) which has internet access but doesn't allow video games but does allow forum posting.

It's really the only possible explanation. Anyone with work would call in sick, anyone married would call up the attorney and file for divorce, and anyone with children would abandon them at the fire station.

I have the game already ''I work at the gamestore that released them early...'' and I can't say anything because I can't play it yet. Preload install is done though.

Yes, it is. It totally is. It's not perfect, but it's bloody well near it.

While I've not played the game myself yet (so go ahead and take anything I say with a grain of salt), I've been lurking on these forums non-stop for the past few days, and pretty much every thread I read by someone who has the game early seems to be quite positive. People really seem to be deeply enjoying Skyrim in a multitude of ways.

The game is great but for me the ps3 version is, or rather was marred by technical glitches, anyone remember how bad the launch of Borderlands was on ps3? its like that ;/

my complaints

1: very bad hitching when riding a horsey

2: ps3 version lacks some of the visual flair found on the 360 and pc.

3: noticeable hitching when traveling by feet paws ( I was a kitty ^_^)

NOTE: about hitching, it only seems to happen when I move around or move the camera if i stayed still everything was fine o.o....
I have only ever experienced this on one other game - Everquest 2

Fear not though my fellow Skyrimmers Im sure they will fix it with patches

I took my ps3 back to gamestop and exchanged it for 80 bucks cash today and was offered 400 bucks for my copy of Skyrim on the spot by a fellow patron in the store lol so yeah o.o tat worked out well for me ^_^

I agree with you 100% there's no way would they be posting on here if they was playing Skyrim.

Thats nice, but some people might have jobs they are forced to go to and therefore can post on a forum but not play the game. I have taken off Friday though from mine ;)

It is amazing.

Yes it has bugs. Oblivion and Fallout did too.

Doesn't matter, the bugs kinda make it a real Bethesda game..... ;)

Buggy is a Bethesda trademark. Flawed but fixable. Even with the flaws, the games are outstanding.
