Looks like the hype was merited.

Does it really matter what the sites give the game? I understand its exciting to read reviews and see you're most anticipated game get amazing reviews, but would it affect you buying the game? I personally don't care if the game gets a seven across the board (Ok I do care, it better get 11 lol) but I'm still gonna play the [censored] out of it. lol

I'd predict a 9.5 from Gamespot, IGN and GameInformer.

Didn't IGN scientifically proven Dark Souls to be better and then gave it a 9?

It's a great game, but nobody is going to give it a 10. They will find something to complain about, and we will complain over their complaints.

In ancient times...
Hundreds of years before the dawn of history
Lived a strange race of people... The Dragons

No one knows who they were or what they were doing
But their legacy remains
Hewn into the living rock... Of Skyrim
