Actually I'm retired.

i have a terrible case of skyrim fever

Convinced my class to have senior skip day on Friday

It's my normal 3 day weekend off. I work 12 hr days,

I got a disease that only makes me sick from 7:00-2:30 that affects me just enough to not go to school but still play Skyrim

I would think they'd frown on the people who plan on calling in sick to stay home, but if you've cleared a vacation day then there's nothing they can say/do about it. That's MY time. What I do with it is none of their concern.

I work at a bank and still have to work Veteran's Day. Stupid small community bank!

Out of school Friday.

No School. No Work.

I'm gonna be sick I think. I have already used that one a lot though and i already missed Monday and Tuesday... Ah well.

Not so lucky here, working Friday as well as maybe on Saturday. But! I will play to my hearts content on release, then after work Friday as much as I can. Saturday I already warned boss, if I seem tired/slow its Skyrim's fault. He laughed a little, but nodded stating he will prolly be buying it himself and is trying to work it so we get Saturday off.

Snacks BOUGHT.
Caffeine beverages ON HAND.
Tylenol at HAND.

no excuses, work is work. its not called "take a day off as you please". ill go pick up skyrim when i get off work friday. i preordered it from gamestop, and its not going anywhere.

Agreed. Sides my line of work, for me at this time, its hard core down to the wire busy. No days off, don't bother calling in sick if you do.. best look for work elsewhere.
