Need a few quick opinions on lore ect.

So I've been trying to think up what sort of race and play style I want to use and a rough back story to how he ended up in Skyrim (I posted this in another thread but replies so I thought id just make a thread) . Im thinking about a Breton and using light armour, sneak, one handed and archery (and lock pick, pick pocket and alchemy. Maybe a bit of illusion as side skills) with a rough back story of him not being quite in tune with magic as his kins men, instead having an affinity with the shadows. He would of been brought up in the poor areas of high rock and start to envy and hate the nobles who look down on him. So eventually he decides if he can't earn what he has, he'll take it. One unfortunate day during a burglary of a nobles home the home's owner returns unexpectedly and during a brief struggle my Breton will kill the noble. Knowing it will only be a matter of time until he is found out he flees to the neighbouring Skyrim...

Just a rough idea but im quite found of it as of the time of writing, Im not very well informed on the lore of the elder scrolls but it sounds plausible to me. what do you guys think?

Sure, that sounds totally plausible. High Rock is supposed to be mostly poor with a few big keeps, so that fits in nicely.

The Orc city-state of Orsinium is in High Rock. You could have some affinity or enmity with the orcs because of that. Maybe because your character doesn't have an affinity toward magic, he ended up supporting Orsinium in some dispute with the neighboring city-state or something. That would be a good way to get kicked out of High Rock.

The closest High Rock city to Skyrim is called Jehenna. Some famous gladiator team called the Iceblades lives there, according to the UESP page. I don't think I played the game they were in.

Works like a charm! I had a similar story set up for a while.
