My father deleted the message that gamestop sent to me this night when I was at night class, anyone know the specifics of what they're doing? he said something about a party and coming at 10 o'clock pm or am to get a ticket, idk which. someone hook me up with some information please. Thanks

The way I understand it, you go up and do a final transaction, where you get a ticket that determines your place in line. After that, they bring you in by your number and you buy the game at midnight. I could be wrong, but that's how I took it from people who have told me.

So since i already payed for the game, I go early, wait in line and get a ticket ?

This is what I want to know. They told me come in at ten to pay off anything I owed them but I already payed it off so idk if I should come at 10 or 12

well I was planning on going early like 5-6ish and nerd it out for a couple hours. guarantee a good spot in line. Camp my ass out with a lawn chair or some sheesh.

I am pretty sure that is how it works, though someone with more experiences in midnight launches (never been to one for a game) would know better. I've seen lots of GameStop employees posting on here, so they could tell you.

They verify your preorder starting at around 10pm so have your receipt or however you plan to prove you preordered. They will then give you a verification slip to ensure you get a copy of the game since you have already paid. Then the real fun begins........the wait in the cold.

My local gamestop is providing free pizza and wings, and consort women to those who pre ordered the collectors edition! Also, Todd Howard himself will be there to pose for photos and personally autograph people's copies of Skyrim! One luicky winner will also go home in a brand new Ford Focus!I can't wait! !

You pay the game off before midnight. They give you a receipt that you DO NOT LOSE. Then when it's released you just go through, flash your finalized receipt, and walk out with your game. It moves REALLY fast. It only takes a few minutes to clear the whole line through the store.

go up and pay what you have left to pay, if it's paid off, go a lil early and get your number for what place in line when they start handing out the game! Dead Island I was one of the last people there, but I was number 16 in line! woohoo! I paid Skyrim off awhile ago! so I should have a great place in line!
