Skyrim SLi Profile

Post » Tue May 08, 2012 10:37 am

Hey, guys. I've been trying to research whether or not Nvidia has released a Skyrim SLi profile. That said, I found some information that said there was, in fact, a profile released. When I went to update in Nvidia control panel -> Help -> Updates -> Check for updates, no updates could be found. And, as far as I can tell I do not have the Skyrim SLi profile.

So, I have two questions:

How do I check for SLi profiles? I assume I've been doing it correctly, but perhaps I am mistaken.

Do you guys know if the Skyrim SLi profile has been released? If so, please provide sources!

Thanks.

Without that profile I won't be able to max out Skyrim upon launch :(

Forgive me if I have this all wrong and am showing my ignorance...I'm tired, it's late for me, and I'm distracted by visions of Skyrim. :P

But are you talking about the "Manage 3D Settings" in the NVIDIA Control Panel? When I open up the Control Panel and go to "Manage 3D settings," uncheck the "Show only programs found on this computer" box, then search through the drop-down list, I see Skyrim listed there. Is that what you're talking about?

I should also note I do have the 285.62 driver installed.

How to check the latest updates? You can enter your hardware here and it'll show the latest drivers + patch notes

There was a profile added yesterday for SLI for Elder Scrolls. Just make sure you are up to date :P

Update your Nvidia Control Panel. Go to your control panel, click on the tab "Help" then click "Updates"

Okay, but how do I check to make sure that I have said profile? My drivers are currently up to date, but I would like to physically make sure. Thanks.
