Sounds more like Charles Shaughnessy, who did the English voice for the Saints Row 2 main character.

lmao...I was sure it was him myself when I heard that in the new video and was like "WTH....that is soooo awesome" But nope, its not him. Just google him and check his acting history out. No Skyrim for him. Reason I even bothered to double check that was cuz I didnt see his name on the voice actor list and i was like "how the hell did they miss putting his name on the list?" Thats cuz its not him sadly.

Whoops, my bad then. I could probably only tell the difference between an Australian accent and an English accent if I had them side by side in comparison.
