I have been reading these release threads but I'm a noob at times from other part of the worlds...

At what time does it release in EAST US? 12:00 AM = mid day right? or is that mid night 1 sec to go till 11/11/11 ?

So at what time could I expect installing SKYRIM when I live in GMT + 1



And what does preloading do? I preloaded the game last night. But its kinda useless? Is that the actual installation? Or will you have to install the game after release anyway?

Freakin'' dont think ive ever been so exiting for a game lol
