Got skyrim ltd Ed. here in NZ with the midnight release. Steam says the game isn't released until nearly 2 hrs. Thank you steam for thinking that NZ should be grouped with Australia.... while all the console players are playing it right now. End Rant.

The media said it would be released 11/11/11 It is now 12.42am 11/11/11 and the game is not yet allowed to be played because its not the correct date in Australia.

I would be fine if in New Zealand the media campaign advertised clearly that it would not be New Zealand time zones, but no where does it say this. This is actually a breach of law - if anyone could be arsed to take up the campaign that is.

Yup I agree it should have been stated which time zone the game would be using, its not my fault people in other countries aren't 11/11/11, don't hold me to your country standards.

It is now 1251 am 11 11 11 my time and realise now that we have to wait for the Australian people to catch up!

Steam will be breaking no law, the game will be unlocking on 11.11.11. The fact that it is not unlocking 1 minute after midnight is irrelevant.
