Are you? If so, how long are you waiting for? I went in earlier, and the guy in Game told me to be there at 10pm at the latest because of the queues. Although they actually open the shop and let customers in, speeding up the process (although can't actually sell it to you before time).

Problem is i have other engagements, and won't get there til maybe after midnight.

Anyone know what time Game UK shuts on a midnight release?

They will probably still be open at 1 am

I'll probably get there at 9, pay off skyrim and guide, AC, and SRTT. Around 9:30 people usually start filtering in, and I'm friends with all the workers at my local GS so it'll be a fun night.

What time can they sell it to you?

I think the guy at my gamestop said at 10:00 or 11:00 I can't remember.

I'm fortunate, my local gamestation is having a midnight release, only 7 hours to go, and it will be my first midnight release.

My local Game said 11pm, planning on turning up half hour-hour before that. It helps that it's in a shopping centre so warmer than standing in street not to mention there's a Starbucks across from it who if they have any sense will be open too.

EDIT: Just checked with husband who attended the MW3? midnight release at the same Game store earlier on this week and he said the Starbucks was indeed open.............Coffee you gorgeous liquid you, here I come

They sell the game at 12:00 AM but you can go in earlier to pay it off and get your final receipt.

I usually get there around midnight myself. By then the line is starting to thin a bit, so I don't have to stand too long waiting.

If it's Game UK, unless it's a London based store I'd say you'll be fine to get there for 11.45 to be honest. The one near my house you don't need to arrive til about ten minutes before. You might have to wait a tiny bit longer but you can either wait before or after.

I'll probably go for about quarter to midnight.
