Puzzled ( Why extra day worth of wait?) its 1111

Post » Tue May 08, 2012 1:36 pm

I live in Singapore, and it's already the 11 of November 2011. But steam still says that it will unlock in 22 hours. Why must ours unlock on the 12 of November instead of the 11 of November as advertised?

Our timezone is GMT+8 and australia has GMT +8 as well as GMT+10, and if theirs can unlock, I don't really see why we have to follow the another timezone instead of being similar to the Australian one.

Is there any explanation for this?

It's not really fair, so when stores open tomorrow, and I buy it, I still wouldn't be able to play it :(

Just woke up ready for work. I am puzzled, before I went to bed a few hours ago, people were saying Stema released the game.

Usually Steam releases a game what ever the west coast of the US is. That is why other people have to wait.

Yes, but australia has GMT+8 as well, and the game is released/unlocked for them. So why not us? We share the same timezone, why must we wait another day?

I imagine it's just the different region.

Similar reason why Japan's not unlocking until December.
