From what I've seen (Female thread)

Post » Wed May 09, 2012 1:59 am

Female attire in Skyrim is feminine yet practical. I've only seen robes and light armours but they're all relatively form fitting but no skimpier than their male counterparts and with no silly impracticalities to make it "sixy" or whatever.

Good. I always think about how things would kill me, and stupid skimpy armour that exposes most of a chest is just rediculous.

I always play as female and I am happy to hear this, although, I really won't pay attention to what I am wearing. I am going to be too immersed in the environment and my interactions with others throughout the game! YAY! Can't wait. :twirl:

This is good to hear. I hate when women are objectified in games to attract male customers. It's cool to have attractive women(and men) in games but I will just say that Miranda in ME2 took it a little too far. Women can be sixy and badass without having to wear skintights and stilettos on the battlefield.

The one "female in skimpy chain/plate" amrour that made sense, was "Alias" from "Azure Bonds"
love Clyde Caldwell's artwork, and reason her enchanted amrour had that gap wasn't just to show off her lovely cleavage :P
it was designed as a deliberate weakness and part of the story (not one she chose or was aware of)

Yep, a little disappointing. The fantasy genre is all about heroically rippling abs and chainmail bikini's - not realism. We like sixy warriors!

No matter. Mods will sort it out.
