If any of you out there have never preloaded a game on Steam, just to let you know sometimes when it decrypts the files it stays on a certain percentage for ages, usually 17% for me for some reason. This is normal, don't think its frozen and cancel it, let it run.

Decrypting now, hopefully it doesn't make a liar out of me and freeze...
