Canada is the same as the US regarding North American release and time zones.....

Alright so EST it is. Great. 10pm for me.

So it is unlocking for Euro time zones already judging from the posts I've seen.

I'm on Pacific time and it's currently 4:45 PM here, with the Steam client page reporting that it will unlock in about five hours... which would put it close to 10 PM (1 AM eastern).

I can only assume that it doesn't round off and/or fudges the number a bit for some reason.

Its still a midnight release so Eastern time gets it 2 hours earlier. Just talked to the people at gamestop.

I'm in Mountain Time (Arizona) and Steam unlocks in 4 hours for me (@10PM).

Yes you will get it 2 hours earlier if you are comparing to everyone else buying at the store.

Those that digital downloaded through steam in North America will all get it at the same time. At least that's the answer I'm getting from everyone.

12:01 est = 10:01 mountain time. 9:01 pst. All the same time.

Those that are purchasing a physical copy have to deal with the semantics of people deciding what time "midnight" is. Usually midnight in their time zone.
