[HELP] How to yield! : V

Hi, I slashing this guard all the way through tutorial, honestly he didn't give a damn about it, when we got out the cave he suddenly took out his weapon and attack me, ok fine I'll take him down, but he doesn't go down and chase me where ever I go, how can I yield to him? tried block + E like oblivion, but doesn't work, please help

May be a glitch. But that early? Won't hurt much to start again.

If it doesnt work you have to unsheath your weapon AND THEN put it away.

In Oblivion it was "activate" (press use button) the NPC while blocking.

i always blocked and tried to talk. thats how i did it in oblivion.

LOL, you guys would not believe this, I was killing this guy for the past hour got my sword skill to 49, and after the epic battle he finally decides to give up xD , and I was like why wasn't his weapon drawn? Turns out he wants to be my friend again

I'd imagine he kept his health above 0.

Don't be patronising, its a valid question. Neither of them died and the battle lasted for an hour. At level 1 you only have 100 health, that isn't that much room for error. Sounds like the game is going to be VERY easy.

I am a high elf my mana regen very fast, I dual cast heal for more powerful effect, as the fight goes on my mana had regen to max every fight.
