I was wondering how big the patch is, and just in case you haven't heard, Steam was hacked and they may have lost some credit card numbers. For those of you who have their numbers on steam servers, keep an eye on your accounts.

Steam itself wasn't hacked, if it was it would be like PSN all over again. It was the Steam VB forums that was hacked with the slight possibility that some sort of access to the main Steam user database was in theory possible.

At any rate it is a good idea to regularly change your Steam account password several times a year and after incidents like this one. Also, don't be a dope and fall for a phishing scam if you make any use of the social networking part of Steam. You will get clowns trying to pull that on you.
