Im about 9hrs into the game n still in the first city "DragonsReach". But now im like 1weight % off until im over my carry limit and i am short on money.

What are some tips you veterans can give me?

I know I will need a house but it cost around 5000 Gold. I just need a temporary storage to hold my stuff while i gain money. Also, how come I cant sell some items in that city?

Weapons I find in caves etc dont show up in my selling list when I try to sell it.
