Looking at the steam store page, looks like Skyrim doesn't support any of the features most Steamworks games have.. such as acheivements, steam cloud, controller support, and so on. Is that accurate, or is the store page just inaccurate?

Bethesda have not updated the Store page info.

The game have achievements and controller support.... I don't know about Cloud saving.
