Has anyone found the Hand to Hand dojo that people have been saying is in the game?

With Hand to Hand, you only get 1 power move (standing). But apparently the hand to hand dojo allows you to unlock the forward, side, back, and sprinting power attacks.
I haven't seen this dojo anywhere yet though, and haven't seen anyone confirm it.

Is it in the game? Or is hand to hand stuck with just one power attack and one swipe animation?

edit: there's also no way to increase stealth attack bonus with hand to hand. You'll ALWAYS do the default 2x, which is pitiful. I took the 1h 6x sneak bonus perk, and I still do 2x damage with my fists.
