so I just noticed there is an arrow stuck in the chest of my character. sleeping, jumping and dying do not get rid of it any other suggestions ???

You should use back-up saves for stuff like this. No idea how to fix it though.

There's an arrow always being shot at my companions head, and she dosn't complain. Your Dovahkiin needs to man up.

I do but I only just noticed it as I spent awhile wondering at night and couldn't see it until now

I believe if you clear your Xbox system cache it will disappear - maybe. Just a thought.

no clearing didn't get rid of it

Yeah it takes quite a while before arrows disappear... My character ran around with an arrow stuck in his forehead for quite some time.
