About the blessing stones

Regarding those stones you find next to road to the Riverwood and gives you Thief, Warrior or Mage Blessings. Do I have to renew the blessing everyday or does it last till I get another blessing?

it last until you select another seeing as you can only have 1 at a time out of all the stones.
