I've been monitoring the forums and chatrooms related to Skyrim for the last 3 days (since I stilll don't have the game) and have noticed quite a few people are having health issues with the game.

Someone mentioned it was due to the default FOV setting of 70. If you change it to 90 or greater, the symptoms seem to dissipate somewhat. You can do this by typing ~ to get console and typing "FOV 90". Be aware that achievements will be deactivated after using the console, so save your game, and restart, and they will re-activate.

PS. Karnie beat me to it

YOUR GOING BLIND

Going blind from the Awesomeness? What a way to go.

I should be getting Skyrim in a few hours, so I can't speak to that. But there have been reports of the same thing with Fallout 3 (headaches and/or nausea). Including me, I used to get headaches when playing FO3. Something about the graphics of Field of View or something. Either I got used to it, or something changed because I don't get headaches with FO3 anymore. I never got headaches with any other game.

I've been hit with so much awesome, that "awesome" is the only word I can speak. (as you can see, I can type other words just fine).
