I'm sure by now we all know there might be an issue with the 360 version in regards to HDD installation and textures not loading properly. I've read that installing the game to a flash drive solves this problem. Providing high environmental textures and high character textures. I was hoping we could verify this or disprove this.

nope cuz install changes nothing. com on plp this is old news!

Flash drives are slower than the HDD.

Why would that fix anything? If anything, you'll have longer load times.
