Is there a way to install the update through the disc instea

I just can't update the game with Steam. It stucks at 0kb speed and it is likley never goes up.
Can I install it from the disc?

I think he's talking about installing the 200MB update.

You can't. As far as I know, you have to go through Steam.

Edit: My guess is due to that strange bug where people with discs are made to download the entire game from Steam, the servers are being overloaded. It was a simple yet dumb mistake.

He's asking about the update, which isnt on the CD.
In order to install it from a CD, you would have to have one that had the update on it, which you would have to download first obviously. Not really any work-around that I know of.

I actually downloaded the entire game 2 days ago. There were much less people then.

I know to do that... But I do not see any Israel server, do you? But in Steam website on the status it says that the Israel server is not busy! But there is no Israel server in the download and cloud!
