USB Controllers

Pretty much what my topic description asks. Would I be able to use USB controllers for the PC version of Skyrim? I'm hearing a relentless amount of complaints about the game's UI being too cumbersome and buggy for the PC mouse and keyboard combo.

only an xbox controller apparently, nothing else, because an xbox360 doesn't have drivers for anything else, and there's no pc version of this game as of yet...

You can use an xbox controller which works great, certainly better than mouse & keyboard is at the moment (which is a shame as I prefer the latter).

Erm ... I've been playing the PC version of Skyrim since midnight last night!

no, you've been playing a ported xbox version on a pc, a pc version would have a proper interface, skyrim does not.

Download, run exe, configure, save, copy files to skyrim directory (with the skyrim .exe) - haven't tested it with Skyrim - but should work.

Edit: That's the "x360ce.App-2.0.2.156.zip" on the left.
