Alright, back in Morrowind everyone knows of the Morrowind Code Patch mod that was released. This unofficial patch fixed a TON of things and was very helpful.

One of the most important (to me) bug fixes included in this Morrowind Code Patch fixed the rain. It made the rain stop going through objects. This brought a lot more immersion to my game-play.

But anyway, here is my point. If this was fixed for the third ES game... why does this bug persist through the fifth?

This doesn't make any sense to me.

I do want to add that I have not played the game yet so i have no opinion on the over all game (yet). I know this bug persists from topics made today. I will be getting the game in a matter of hours though!
