Already done that in a couple of other Royal Fail threads. Indeed terrible, there should be a national award for crap carriers, they'd win by a country mile.

Honestly the best thing you can do if your sure your games been sent is to go into your local Depot and ask for them to check the frame for the packet. They won’t like it but stand your ground and ask the person at the front desk if they could please go and check for you. Also take some ID with you and a letter showing your home address. They won’t hand items over without ID.

Just remember a lot of processes happen between something being sent and that poor guy putting it in your letter box.

I remember in the 80s a parcel took typically 14 to 21 days!

I'm assuming you guys ordered from Simply Games and seen their e-mail? I'll be ordering digitally next time.. even if I wouldn't save £10 or so, at least I'm guaranteed to get the game then.

Well Royal Mail managed to get my brothers Second Class package delivered on time, but failed with my First Class package to the same address. Though Amazon.co.uk didn't help by sending mine out First Class about 8 hours after they sent the Second Class (Super Saver) order. I ordered first, paid for delivery and they gave better service to the guy who paid nothing and ordered months after I did .
