I am literally livid!

I've been buzzing for this game ever since it was announced, left it a bit late to preorder (5th Nov) but that's not the case,
Main problem is; I didn't even get Skyrim today or even yesterday!

I ordered it with free UK delivery (No option for first class) from GAME, I was excited all the way through the week, it got too thursday, a friend passed me saying;
"Hey have you got Skyrim?"
"No why?"
"I've got it in my bag! I got it a day early!"
"Whoa awesome, it'll probs be at my house then! when did you preorder it?"
"On monday this week!"

Of course now I was excited thinking i would of got it on the thursday, but nope, got home and it wasn't there, no royal mail slip, nothing. But truth be told, I hardly ever get my games early, so I was hardly angry, the thing that got me angry was that another friend who had preordered it, he got his on the thursday too! He lived literally a 5 minute walk away from me (He preordered from GAME about 3 weeks ago) That's when i got a little annoyed.

So today came! I got home and saw that I had no game, no slip, nothing. I got really angry now seeing I was desperately wanting to play it (friends who didn't even preorder it, were playing it before me!)
I rang GAME and they guy asked for my order code blah blah blah, he said it should be with me tomorrow! So now I have to wait until tomorrow until about 11am - 1pm (When my post normally comes) He also said that Royal Mail were running thin today so he said that may be the problem.

So has anyone else not got their game today?
And what should I do if my game doesn't come tomorrow?

Just a little rant too get off my chest!
