Apparently Bethesda stiffed the console version and controller on the PC with the amount of hotkeys as well as the glitch that keeps resetting the keybinds.

I have figured out a total solution to the problem for so many keybinds for the controller on the PC that it outdoes even a keyboard for hotkeys.

Using xpadder you get a 360 controller to have up to 121 different hotkey and button configuration for 1 profile.

I'd suggest offering up more information. The Game Profiles forum is locked to buyers only so no one can see if people have gotten xpadder to work successfully with a gamepad and Skyrim.

Maybe if someone can talk about their experiences, people might start looking into it.
