Not even a digital manual in a physical copy must be a joke

Post » Wed May 09, 2012 8:28 pm

Ok. So I′ve searched this forum and not found a single link to any manual to download.

I don′t even expect a physical manual anymore, but to not include even a digital manual is beyond my understanding.
Do we have to try out everything with trial and error ? To learn how to use every skill, what every attribute is about, how to increase in levels etc etc.
What the hell is this.

This product is not finished yet.

Do you mean to say you didn't get a manual in the box when you got the game?

Trial and error is part of the roleplaying experience. And if you stop trying to whiz through the game and read the in-game material, many things are actually described in detail.

That being said, there is a hard-copy of the manual in boxed versions. To say the game is 'unfinished' because you can't figure out a few basic things is lame.

If it makes you feel better, the game manual (at least for the 360) contains a lot of information that we already knew, especially if you've played a TES game before. The few new things I learned from reading the manual is where to go to make armor/potions/etc. and companions work in game. Everything else is pretty much covered in game if you're completely new to TES.

I do have the so called manual of 2 pages in many languages with the physical box, but that′s not a real manual.

The built in help menu might be sufficient but I still prefer to read an ordinary manual. That′s part of the charm. First they saidphysical manuals was removed because of the
weight, environment and costs. Now they are to lazy to provide a digital version of it. What′s next ?

Who did you order it from?

There is a proper manual, obviously whoever you got it from forgot to include it.
