ok so my first char is gonna be a sneaky rogue but for my 2nd i wanna try a nice hybrid jack of all trades, but is it possible to max out all schools of magic and get all perks please?
in oblvion i maxed out everything nearly with my main, 220 hrs and lv 44 if i remember correctly!!

also i read the 'soft' level cap is 50 but we can level above that? correct?

As far as i heard you can max out everything, even the perks. Altough i would suspect it takes a while

after you max out skills you won't level up no more. So no more perks, you'll get around 70 perks I reckon or so I've heard.

Thanks! Around what level (ish) do we max out skills please? It can go way past 50 i know that so maybe around 60-70?
