Well, recently I asked the forum whether or not I should dress up for the midnight release. Majority said yes. So I did! It was so fun, so fantastic, such an amazing moment really. Sure, sure, its just a game but really I have been so, so excited for this. And from the hour and a half I've played... its almost better than I imagined. And I imagined some pretty lofty things. Couldn't be happier.

So here's how the night went down: Over a hundred people showed up. I was the only one dressed up. The manager came up to talk to me and was like, "I really wanted to have a costume contest but no one seemed interested. So I asked, "Does that mean I won?" She said she'd get me something. She asked which PS3 game I wanted after Skyrim. My brother and I decided MW3 was our highest priority. So, because I wasn't afraid to do my own thing and show my devotion, and have blast, and thanks to your encouragement, I was granted a free copy of MW3. WIN!! It was an awesome night. The countdown was sweet, and I drew my sword and everyone was yelling "Skyrim" or "Dovahkiin"!

If someone wants to tell me how's the best way to link pictures here, I'll definitely post mine.

ALSO: Tell me your midnight release story, or leave any comments on the game. I got the PS3 version as I said, and really appreciate my console. But I do honestly hope you PCers can get any issues you might have (as I've been hearing is the case from quite a few PC folks) resolved and enjoy Skyrim as much as the rest of us.

That's so awesome, good for you for having some fun I went to the midnight release near me, but nothing interesting happened other than a long long line... and the first person that got the copy ran out of the store yelling "TO SKYYYYRRIIIMMMMM"!

Well gratz to you . I wish that stores at here would do midnight relases , but as I live at klinda small town ( 58 000 ) so no hope for those .

Dang man that svcks, our town is only about 13,000! Its the only Gamestop within 50 miles of where I live... Rural MN rocks haha! Very Skyrimmy over here though that's for sure. And thanks guys!
