No, it's fine. If anything, they should only release for PC! But that would be bad (because I'm sure they sell a ton of copies on consoles). I think they do a good job considering the massive undertaking making such a huge open world game must be. And to design a game to work on the limited hardware of a console, and make it work on PC, as well as having to design a UI that works for both consoles and pc. Give them credit for what they do...
