TES - Construction Set

Any one know if they will release a Construction Set for SKYRIM?, they have always been friendly toward mods in previous games in the TES series.

There will be no Construction Set for Skyrim. There will be a Creation Kit though, which is pretty much the same thing, just with a fancier name. So the answer is yes :P

But they are going to release a Creation Kit, though ;)

Howard said it would likely be very close to 11/11 if it wasn't released with the game. So I'm assuming he means by the next few days probably?
