1: 3rd person view of character
Now I know many people may have seen this feature as useless, it actuall came in handy quite often. This view not only allowed you to stare for hours at a small action figure version of yourself but it also served a huge purpose while equipping gear. This view gave you the ability to see if equipping one item detached another. For example, you're all decked out in your thief attire when you decided to pop on a ring or maybe even some suade shoes. Next thing you know you're running around with nothing covered besides your feet and ring finger. In the menu of Oblav's you would have seen your body stripped of the clothes. In Skyrim that feature is missing so occasionally I find myself with some accessories accidentally detached.
2: Equipping Weapons
Just recently I saw a pretty nice sword for sell. I thought it would go nice with my fire spell. So I dropped 600gold and was on my way. This sword looked like a pretty handy short sword at first glance. Sadly, as I went to draw my weapon...my character pulled out what seemed to be a 200lb claymore. The interface while bartering or even in your menu shows no sign of the weapons being one or two handed. You pretty much gotta eye the thing and hope you guessed right, or the shopkeeper will throw a few coins your way and say sorry.
Now these are minor issues that serve more of an annoyance than a problem. Is there anything you miss that was in Oblav and got lost along the way to Skyrim? Or is there anything in Skyrim that you wish woulda got lost? What would you add or take away?
